The Retail Innovation Index is a private benchmark designed for senior retail leaders.

Built by dunnhumby and launched in collaboration with the Retail Innovation Council, RIX gives participating organisations a clearer, evidence-based view of how their innovation approach compares across key capabilities, functions, sectors and markets.

In under 10 minutes, participants can access a confidential, personalised benchmark across areas including Ecommerce and Digital, Technology, Data and AI, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Marketing and Retail Media, and Buying and Merchandising.

RIX is available exclusively to members of the Retail Innovation Council and the dunnhumby network at Director, Head of or VP level and above. If you are not currently a member, get in touch to explore how you can get involved.
